Our Mission

The Association of Apartment Owners of Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates and Villas mission is to promote a friendly neighborhood environment, protect property values, and support a clean, crime free, and aesthetically pleasing neighborhood.

Our objectives include, but are not limited to promoting neighborhood safety, maintaining architectural integrity, continuing planned and superior maintenance, maintaining and improving common areas, and promoting a sense of community.
